SCAN – series

The “SCAN” system processes video footage from cameras, recognizes license plates, identifies violating vehicles, and transmits violation data to the data processing center (DPC). After installation and initial setup, the system automatically identifies violators in the monitored area without operator involvement.

Once the cameras are installed and connected to the IPU  “SCAN” system, the tracking trajectory for each camera is configured. For this, the operator remotely sets control points for each camera using software, where vehicle photo capture will occur, and marks the section of the road indicating the type of violation.

During operation, each video camera automatically scans the control points and generates frames with images of vehicles. Photos are transmitted in real-time to the information processing unit.

The IPU  “SCAN” system recognizes license plate numbers, sorts frames with the same license plate numbers, and identifies vehicles whose time spent in the monitored area exceeds the established limit. During processing, duplicates are eliminated if the same vehicle has been captured by multiple cameras.

The evidence base consists of several photographs of the vehicle and the recorded time during which the vehicle was parked in a controlled area. For each recorded violation, photographs, date and time, state license, location and other necessary information are saved. The collection of photographs may include a general view of the site to more accurately identify the location.

The stationary complex “SCAN-M”

Parking Monitoring System “SCAN-R”

Designed for automatic mobile monitoring violations of stopping and parking rules. It provides automatic license plate recognition and checks vehicles against various databases. The “Search” mode ensures instant notification to the operator.

In-vehicle camera

It is installed inside police cars, buses or trolleybuses and can be used for monitoring traffic violations such as speeding, lane violation, double solid white lines infringement and illegal parking.

The camera uses GPS technology to track the location of the vehicle and identify detect any potential traffic violations. The recorded footage can be transmitted via a dedicated line to the server for further analysis and enforcement.

TC Crocc

The “TC Crocc” traffic controller is designed to manage traffic light objects with up to 8 directions of intersection, both in autonomous mode and as part of any adaptive traffic management systems. The controller allows for the management of both LED traffic lights and incandescent lamp traffic lights in any combination.

Data acquisition board

Digital storage oscilloscope with frame capture capability and high data transfer speed to a computer for subsequent processing and analysis. Like any data acquisition board with ADCs, it serves as a universal measuring device. Multi-channel registration, analysis, and monitoring systems for fast processes can be built based on these boards.
